Longtime local photographer Gerald Ewing beats SAGE NFL card company after two years of fighting. Sage has admitted they didn’t know who shot the picture, and that they were given the image from ACU to use as they wanted. Same thing can be said about Buffalo Wild Wings bar where ACU gave them an image to make a mural out of it. It has since been pulled down and replaced by other pictures by now. ACU is wrong and after 3 federal lawsuits it should be clear who owns the pictures.
